Cannot speak highly enough of the Mary Eleanor team, when my good friend Deb realized her journey was coming to an end, Sandra made a home visit to make the arrangements with her personally. Then Tim and the team communicated well with myself (as executor) throughout the process before and after her passing, making the process as easy as possible. They eased the sorrow of loss with empathy, kindness and commonsense helpful suggestions to guide myself along. I cannot thank them enough for their help, personal involvement and dignified approach to handling a tough time. They never lost sight of who she was, even right up to printing of the memorial pamphlets, which they drafted and wrote to personalise. Tim in particular was instrumental in his caring, helpful approach in navigating this time, for that I thank him on behalf of her family and myself. This team truly cares about people and their final journey, and about those left behind grieving, that much stands out. They care!
