Two ladies came to pick up mum when she passed, the more senior of which had a very condescending manner towards Myself and the younger lady with her. She complained that I had forgot to tell them about two small steps and again complained when they couldnt get the stretcher into mums bedroom and told me I would have to help them lift her. I then had to help them lift my mother onto the stretcher and then assist them wheeling mum down the side of the house where she almost ended up in the garden if it hadn't been for me preventing it. My father luckily was oblivous to this thankfully. I have waited until his passing to leave this review.
