A huge THANK YOU to North West Funerals...!! My long time friend's bother had passed near Mildura...my friend and I are in South Australia. Due to issues with the Public Trustees, it had been 10 months he was unable to be shipped to his sister. Once that approval was in place, the team from North West Funerals got right on it...!! A BIG SHOUT OUT to NATHAN STEWART for his patience with a distraught sister, his swift and timely communication letting us know at each stage what was happening, and also the genuine empathy shown. Thank you all for helping Allan's sister be at peace now that he is with her. NATHAN is exceptional at his job...I hope he goes far at North West Funerals and wish him well for the future...!!...🙏🪽🥰

I just want to give my appreciation to North West Funerals for their service and support they have given us when my uncle passed away recently. I found them to be very respectful whilst still remaining professional. I know given the job, you have to work with families in a highly emotional state and I really found them to be extremely supportive and respectful. The funeral home is lovely and gives comfort in times of grief with beautifully manicured gardens and a reflection room attached to the viewing room. I would definitely recommend their services and support during what is a difficult time for all of us. Cosi and the team are really professional in what they do, as well as being respectful. Thank you guys for a wonderful send off for my uncle. He would be very chuffed. 🙏
