My experience with Oakwood Funerals Booragoon was of a very extremely caring team who were respectful in a stressful situation. They helped me create my beloved mother’s perfect send off. They also helped with my father’s funeral in 2016 and were just as supportive and kind. I would thoroughly recommend them and would use them in the future. Carrie Hills.

The Team at Oakwood delivered exceptional service arranging and conducting my Father's funeral in April 2026. Keyora was very professional and empathetic, as she guided us through the process making everything stress-free. We were very grateful for the care they took of my dear Dad especially, but also our family. Highly recommended.

We didn't have a very good experience with Oakwood, we meeting my Mother whos husband had passed away the lady directed all the questions to me and not to her. We were not thanked at all for the payment they recieved. My mother was not informed of the day my father would be cremated and finally we it was time to collect my father's remains my mother recieved an email addressed to her mother, who died 20 years ago. Very disappointing not very professional to make so many mistakes. I would never recommend Oakwood to anyone.
