The vet put our darling girl into the hands of Pets to Rest , Bennett’s Green and they assured our friend she would be well cared for . On our return the box with her ashes was swiftly returned to us in Sydney and we had more tears on collection . We waited until yesterday , when finally home in the Riverina and alone , we opened the box and so beautifully arranged on a bed of soft recycled paper , her ashes in a floral decorated container , with her name tag around it , a gorgeous card with her paw and nose print , a certificate of cremation, a small vial of her fur and a beautiful candle . More tears , but this time in gratitude for such a wonderful tribute to our much loved pet . Thank you so much Sally and Adam for your wonderful care of our Ruby , for adjusting your schedule so that we could collect her before leaving Sydney and for the truly lovely presentation box she came home in . Pets to Rest are fantastic, they are so caring and the most wonderful people when they brought her home they even had pot pouret in the bottom of the bag, they are special people and that is how they treat their clients SPECIAL, would recommend them to anyone for their pets, thank you Pets to Rest. I recently had to have another one of cats cremated, Pets to Rest are truly incredible, when my baby girl was delivered to my door, you are not only greeted with a wonderful person but with truly a heart if gold, I the began to open the box and what I saw melted my heart how the box was presented was beautiful, the urn is in a black velvet bag, a candle, dried flowers and pot pouret throughout the box, a card of condolence and most of all a beautiful certificate. I would and always will recommend them for your family members needs. Please contact Pets to Rest they are truly incredible. Does anyone know if Pets to Rest is still open have used them twice and they are fantastic but have just tried to contact but the phone number has been disconnected
Called on Monday morning at 9.00 and spoke to David , I asked to have our dog picked up from the vets that day after being put to sleep, he took all the details from me and I asked if he wanted to know what package we wanted, he said he would get one of his colleagues to ring me asap we are still waiting for a call and it's now Wednesday afternoon. Don't bother with this unreliable mob. Sonia Sampford
The most beautiful experience. It took a week for us to get Reef back to us in a beautiful box with some of his fur, a candle, a card with his paw and the ashes. We appreciate it so so much
Disappointing service. I gave Pets to rest feedback via phone call back start of December 2022, before being a keyboard worrier, spoke to the director Sally. Sally had given me her mobile number and asked for myself to reach out when we were having issues. Phones calls, emails and text message have since gone un answered, besides one email reply, 2 weeks later. No email communication to say they were closing over Christmas break, only a phone to my receptionist to say last pick up time on the 23rd Dec 2022. We were promoting this services at the Vet hospital I manage. Have had numerous (7+) of our clients waiting up to 6 weeks for their pets to get back to us. All the owners are wanting is their pets home in a timely manner. Super disappointed, beyond disappointed on our client behalf, also my staff have had to take abusive calls from clients wanting their beloved pet to be home. I had my little man put to sleep on Friday, used another company and I now have him home with me. We have changed services now, but I'm still feeling the frustrations as we are still awaiting clients pets to be brought back into our care.
I would like to thank the team at Pets to Rest for looking after my girl Kitana. She was my first dog that left too soon. The team were outstanding with their caring, professional and understanding manner. It was a hard process to swollow to lose our beloved Kitana but the team made it so much easier. THANK YOU sooo much to everyone especially Sarah and Elliot. I have my girl home with me now and she is in her favourite part of the house. God bless.
After just saying a heartbreaking goodbye to my beautiful 14 year old boy cavoodle, a very gentle and kind young lady carried him to her car and laid him so peacefully down as if he was asleep in a bed with a little cover and a pillow….. His ashes were returned home in a gorgeous white gift box with a bow which when opened was full of respectful and comforting things (a lovely personalised card, a candle, small dried flower bouquet together with the very sturdy and beautiful timber box with his ashes). This kind of respect and detail is so much appreciated and leaves a lasting positive impression at an otherwise sad time. Thank you x 💙
