Safewill Cremations

The most dishonest, despicable, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We prepaid my Fathers funeral in October 22 with all the promises in the world. My father passed on 9 February 24, the hospital called Safewill Cremations to let them know around 10.30am Friday morning. 3.30pm in the afternoon, I received a call to say that they were at capacity and couldn't accommodate the collection or service the contract we paid for. They suggested another company and passed on our information to them. We are grateful to the other company for the professionalism and service they provided. How this company can do this to people when they're at their most vulnerable state is absolutely beyond me. I'm sure there will be many people out there who have prepaid loved ones funerals only to be faced with the same problems we have and by the look of the last few reviews, my case is not unique. Safewill have great reviews for preparing people wills, I hope no one is getting fooled into prepaying their funerals at the same time.

My husband died on a Saturday night and after contacting a few local funeral directors who didn’t get back to me. I googled and found safe will I enquired about a cremation and they rang me back first thing the next morning and were very helpful and I was quite concerned as we live rural and I wanted them to understand where I lived and was worried about extra cost incurred to pick my husband up but that was not the case there was no hidden costs. They were very informative and rang me and communicated with me every step of the way about when they were going to pick my husband up when he was being cremated and when the ashes were being sent back to me. All the staff were very helpful, lovely and empathetic I would highly recommend safe will cremations.

At a very difficult time my family and I were put at ease. Alexa at Safewill Cremations calmed our situation and made everything we needed possible. Absolute care and respect was given to our loved one and a very emotional time and process became seamless. Very affordable which was important to us due to going through this unexpectedly. Can’t thank Alexa enough for everything she did for our family….

Having experienced the sudden death of my Mother, I was reluctant to search the internet for a cremation service provider to fulfil my Mother's wishes. Any doubts were overcome when I contacted Safewill. The whole process was done within two weeks. Along the way, I was kept up to date with each step. They even hand delivered the death certificate to my front door. I highly recommend Safewill.

I cannot recommend Safewill funerals highly enough. We live in the Riverina and when my mum passed suddenly the local undertaker wanted 7K for a basic cremation. I found Safewill online and the whole process with them made such a difficult time a lot easier. I was kept informed every step of the way and the price was less than half of the local undertakers quote. Safewills professionalism and compassion is outstanding and I have no problems recommendeing them to anyone.
