Simplicity Funerals, Enfield were recommended to me through a friend, and I am so pleased! Jenny was excellent. The whole process was so easy, and she was always there for me at the end of the phone or via email. Can't praise them enough.

Every part of the process was simplified at a time when decision‑making felt overwhelming due to deep grief and sadness. That care and clarity was exactly what we needed. Their approach was gentle, warm, and deeply professional throughout. As a Māori family, it meant a great deal that they were flexible and respectful of our cultural rituals, even when this meant things ran a little over time. Not once did they falter or make us feel rushed or burdensome. They handled everything with kindness, patience, and understanding, allowing us the space to grieve while feeling fully supported. Their consistency, compassion, and calm presence made an enormous difference during one of the hardest times of our lives. We are truly grateful for the care they provided.

Alison Lines was our Funeral Director and she was absolutely brilliant. At such a sad time as a death in the family, it was wonderful to be treated with such sympathy and care. Alison really helped make our Mum's funeral as easy as she was able, by being efficient and professional. Many people at the funeral said it was the loveliest service that had ever been to and much of that was Alison's hard work and seamless timing during the day.
