We had the most amazing funeral for my dad thanks to Christian and the team at Simplicity Rockingham. The photo tribute, the music, the warmth and compassion were exceptional. Organising it was a little daunting but Christian and his team made it a very pleasant experience. We prepaid a funeral and burial earlier and Helen was professional, caring and really knew her stuff when it came to the mechanics of it all. I felt confident that the whole team knew what they were doing and was happy to trust them with our precious loved one. A big thankyou too to Stacey the Celebrant. Stacey wrote a fantastic, happy tribute to our dad and kept the whole funeral running beautifully. Stacey wrote dad's life and personality in a beautiful and positive way. Thankyou.

Simplicity Funerals in Rockingham conducted the funeral services for my mother last month. Sarah supported us throughout the whole process which made a difficult time so much easier. I cannot recommend Sarah and Simplicity Funerals enough. The service on the day was just perfect and everything was conducted with genuine respect and warmth. I highly recommend Simplicity Funerals in Rockingham and thank Sarah for her professionalism and care.

Update: after traumatically planning a funeral for my baby sister, my family has been informed that the funeral home do not feel safe to provide their service to us. Now I have no respect for this company what so ever. I called the funeral home in a very respectful way informing them I cannot see or interact with Sarah because I need to focus on my grieving, not a rude woman I have just met. Sarah you need to take a good long look at yourself. I don’t care what you’re going through or if you’re just a rude person because my family and I have just suffered the most horrible trauma. YOU SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN A FUNERAL HOME! You have tainted this experience and I hope you’re coffee is alway luke warm or scolding. Simplicity funeral homes, if you would rather stand up for this rude, untactful person, you are just as unprofessional as she is. I’m a good person, so I’m leaving a four star rating because I don’t know about the rest of the business. I went to simplicity Funeral home with my family for our scheduled appointment this morning. Sarah was at the front desk and didn’t even look up at us or smile or acknowledge us. We were asked to sit in the lounge and there was a door open to a kitchen so we went in there to wet my nieces hair so we could braid it and my sister went and asked Sarah if we can have a coffee. Sarah comes to the kitchen and said in a very rude tone “ you need to leave this is staff only you need to leave”. There was no staff only sign so we were not being disrespectful and left when she said. As I’m in grieving this obviously upset me a lot because we have received so much kindness from the police, the healthcare staff and family and friends but the people that we are paying THOUSANDS of dollars to could not even treat us with decent respect and professionalism. I walked back to let her know I was writing this review and she still tried to justify herself and did not apologise so I had to leave again. I’m now too upset to even be a part of my sister‘s appointment and I don’t want to ruin the experience for the rest of the family so now I’m crying at the beach.

At a time which can be overwhelming whilst juggling with loss and having to proceed with practical arrangements, Christian had a calm, caring and personalable nature that I could easily communicate with. He listened well and helped with making the process as smooth as possible for myself and my family giving us peace of mind. Christian you went above and beyond and we are all extremely grateful.

My father’s service was held at the Simplicity Chapel in Rockingham in May 2026. Absolutely fantastic staff so professional, understanding and helpful in the guidance of decisions that needed addressing. Karli and the team at Simplicity Funerals Rockingham made the passing and subsequent funeral service for my mother seamless and stress free process. From the moment we made enquiries before mums passing Karli made everything clear and simple and took care of everything that needed to be done when mum actually passed. A couple of days after mum passed we met with Karli and were able to chose an all inclusive funeral package which we could add to and change as required to add a personal touch. Nothing was too much trouble and everything from venue, beautiful tribute bookmarks, catering and creating a wonderful audiovisual picture tribute were available though Simplicity and their associated providers. We ended up with a dignified perfect celebration of my mums life at a very competitive pricing structure. I would not hesitate to recommend Karli and the team at Simplicity in Rockingham if you are looking for someone to look after your loved one at such an important and emotional time.
