The care, empathy, compassion & heartfelt condolences from everyone we saw was amazing, from Emillie coming to hospice & helping mum plan her funeral down to helping her choose her own coffin was amazing, it meant that mum was able to have what she wanted & it took some of the pressure off my brother & I once she passed. To Emillie coming & picking my mum up from hospice & being there to answer my many questions in the days that followed my mum passing was just amazing. Not only could our family we that this is Emillie’s job but she definitely has a passion for making sure your loved one is cared for but also the family is too. We could not recommend Tony Hollands funerals enough even if we tried. Emillie & her team made this awfully hard time more manageable for me. Cannot praise them enough. Not only was mums funeral amazing but the viewing that we had at the funeral home was just perfection, every last detail was thought of, even things that I wouldn’t have thought of but Emillie did. I attended a funeral at Citipointe Church in Inala on 27 November. I was deeply touched by the empathy and professionalism shown by the ladies who ran the service. The ladies presented themselves very professionally in their dress code, it was an incredibly hot day yet they still wore their jackets which must’ve been extremely uncomfortable for them.
