Rachel, You're survey is not very intuitive. I was trying to think of the appropriate comments to your outstanding care, when the survey timed out. Rachel, I do not believe, that you could have chosen a more worthwhile profession. Its not just the normal kind words or gestures you demonstrate, its a greater awareness of what a specific individual needs. Given the heart break of the situation, Turnbull’s could not have been kinder or more gentle. Everything was just as I had requested.

Extremely helpful we lost our brother in law and my sister within a few day of each / our loss was extremely difficult because neith my brother or my self could make the trip from California, USA to say our hood byes. Everyone supported our needs with compassion.

From the first call to Turnbulls re mums death, to the check in phone call a couple of weeks after the funeral, we could not have wished for better care. Jarrod was able to collect mum within a couple of hours of passing. Mum was treated with absolute grace and dignity throughout. Jarrod supported and guided our family gently through all options, was there for the cremation to support us, and then for the funeral. The heartfelt compassion, care, and professionalism shown to our family was outstanding. We look back at this time now with sincere gratitude for making such a sad time into a smooth and stress-free, supported occassion. Mum would be well chuffed (pleased) with it.
