I would like to give a 5🌟 review to Antonio and his team from Blackwell Funerals - Black Forest on behalf of the Grove family. They provided exemplary service and support to us, and treated Mum with dignity, respect and care. As others have said, suggesting little extra details and personal items to bring in order to have it set up for the service which made it uniquely Mum’s. As a family we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you.
Antonio and his team were absolute professionals when we said goodbye to my mother in law recently. The attention to detail was wonderful,and personalised the service beautifully. Encouraging us to take things in that she enjoyed during her life,and displaying on a table next to the coffin, brought back memories for many of those present. The refreshments after the service were lovely,and we weren't hurried out after the service. We were permitted to open a bottle of bubbly that we had taken as part of the memory table,to toast her after the service. Would recommend Antonio and his team.
The service from your prepaid division was exemplary and the person ,Verity was extremely knowledgeable and help guide us to a very satisfactory conclusion
