At the time of recent passing of our mother, we were faced with one of the most difficult times in our lives. Her attention to detail and calm reassurance lifted an enormous burden from our family at a time when we needed it most. It was undoubtedly a fitting tribute to our mother and provided our family and friends with a wonderful opportunity to celebrate her life. I normally don’t write reviews but I guess this is more of a personal thank you. It’s been just over a month since Dad passed and I wanted to say a few words to the team at Embrace. My brothers and I were quite rattled by the whole event, a huge thanks to Sarah, Chis & Taryn for their compassionate and thoughtful support, we were so well guided through the whole process. it was really appreciated during our challenging time. Deanne and her team were incredibly helpful and supportive during such a difficult time. It’s refreshing to know people like you exist in this world — who show so much warmth, kindness and compassion when you need it most after losing a loved one. Deanne answered our phone call on a Sunday night to help organise everything, which meant so much to our family during such an overwhelming time. Even though I was organising everything from interstate, the entire process was made easy and stress free thanks to Deanne and her team. We opted for a viewing and cremation. Our Poppa was dressed in his favourite shirt, presented naturally and looked so peaceful. We will forever be grateful for the way you looked after him while he was in your care. The memorial cards Sarah helped create were better than I could have imagined. A special thank you to Sarah for patiently responding to my 10+ emails throughout the drafting process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Embrace Funerals again. Thank you all so much for your care, kindness and support.

In the unimaginable days after losing our beautiful girl and in the thickness of grief speaking to Chris and feeling her warmth is something we will never forget. She was a real life angel. I felt like I was being wrapped in a big warm hug and could just picture a beautiful Mum / Grandma on the end of the phone. Picking up our girl and being able to bring her home was also just as beautiful and I cannot thank Embrace enough for their compassion and warmth. Our family will forever be grateful.
