Bare was founded by Sam and Cale, who started the company after experiencing personal losses of their own. It is 100% Aussie-owned and has grown from two founders to hundreds of staff.
Services include cremation, celebration of life, or traditional chapel funeral, and families can choose from hundreds of partner venues for the service. Bare also offers grief counselling, legal support and post-death administration support.

Thank you, from the lovely person who took my first call to our arranger Jason, everything was easy to arrange a no fuss cremation for our relative. Everything was explained and the customer dash board allowed me to keep up with everything, they even did all paperwork for B,D,M so no stress. Invoice was sent after everything was done. No hidden costs. Thanks again :)
The experience my family received from Bare Funerals was compassionate. Bare consultants acted promptly with all requests and followed up on all the required documentation we needed. They kept in touch and followed up with all the required information. All staff were friendly and caring. I feel that they went above and beyond in their duties which made the difficult situation more bearable. Bare did not even ask for any deposit or any funds until after they provided the ashes of our loved one. We are ever so grateful for their kindness and understanding. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend Bare Funerals to anyone who may sadly need their services.
I needed to arrange a basic cremation for my Dad under very unexpected and distressing circumstances. Everyone I have dealt with from the very beginning has been amazing. The care and compassion shown throughout has been outstanding. They communicated with me all the way through the process. Can’t fault these people - highly recommend.
