On my latest visit though for my oldest aunty the older blonde lady knocked on the door during the dressing and told the staff member to hurry us up. she said could see on the camera it was finished. Any way besides that, the rest of the staff have always been so welcoming.
The team at Cairns Funeral Directors were caring and compassionate. They helped our family through this difficult time. They appreciated the urgency of our situation when arranging the cremation.

I have no idea how their prices compare to other such establishments and I don't care because the service they provided us was impeccable. Such attention to detail while attending to every aspect with such care, professionalism and dignity. Special praise to Jane who handled everything so gracefully but everyone else there was equally helpful and gracious. Everything simply happened as if by magic.
