I just rewatched the livestream of my sister's funeral. It was a beautiful service and I just want to thank Elaine and her team for being so supportive and professional through the whole process. Everything was perfect, and the words spoken by our celebrant Lee Sedgwick were spot-on.

Lost my dad recently. I contacted Trinity Funerals through a referral from a friend. My first phone contact was with Lorraine. Straight away she showed empathy, professionalism and I felt I was in good hands. My family’s first meeting with Lorraine put us at ease, comforted us & organised. Anytime we contacted her she was always available to answer our questions. The day of the funeral. A beautifully orchestrated service, we had the pleasure of meeting Stephen. Stephen’s words, in particular at the gravesite brought so much comfort to my family. Thank you so much for making a hard emotional time an occasion where we felt we gave dad a great send off.🙏

From the first contact Lorraine was amazing, supportive, empathetic and very professional My daughter recently passed away in Japan and we had to return her body to Australia, Lorraine was so helpful dealing with our funeral director in Japan and made my daughters return a much easier process. She catered for and created a memorable experience for our daughters celebration of Life. Her empathetic approach made organising the day much easier. Her suggestion of places and celebrant Lee Sedgwick was amazing. Lee captured my daughters essence and delivered the perfect celebration of life ceremony. I truly cannot recommend Lorraine highly enough and appreciated everything she went out of her way to do for us as a family at the hardest part of our lives.

We had to arrange my mother's funeral service during the Christmas period. Something I was sceptical would be possible while most places are closed. Lorraine was such a pleasure to deal with, so warm, caring and accommodating. So committed to helping, she still came in to to work to see me after her car was stolen that very morning! I can't speak highly enough of her and how she made the arrangements seamless during such a difficult time.

Losing our father put us into intense sadness, but we found some comfort during the service offered by Lorraine and Kay. They are very kind and considerate. By showing the respect to our loved one and our culture, they are very good ladies to be trusted with.

I lost my beautiful husband and best friend in March 2022. It was a tragic and sudden death, he was only 41. I was paralysed with enormous greif and shock. I can't express the gratitude I have for meeting a truly beautiful human to help me through such a horrendous nightmare. Lorraine guided me every single step of the way there is not a chance I would of got through everything without her. I then met Stephen who was my husbands celebrant. Stephen was so warm and understanding. Everyone at my husbands wake raved about Stephen and how he was so personal and genuine throughout the service. I can not express my gratitude and appreciation for Trinity Community Funerals enough.
