I recently lost my Beautiful Mum and simplicity were more then helpful. We have used them 3 times & everytime they have been amazing, kind hearted and so understanding. Thanks to Stacey, Neil & Kate for making my Mums send off Beautiful. If i could rate them more then 5 stars i would. What an wonderful team 🙏

Simplicity Funerals Woolloongabba helped me through the saddest of times by expressing efficiency, kindness and compassion

At the worst time of my life, emotionally and unfortunately physically and mentally as well, I had my beautiful mother pass so unexpected. I had also caught a few bugs at the hospital while being with mum, like the flu and RSV. I was so unwell alongside my mum, in her room when she passed. After it got worse, but Julie from Simplicity Funerals was amazing. She came to my house as I was too sick to drive or leave. We met outside and downstairs with our masks. I will never forget how Julie made this process, one, that I can say, "I did well for mum". I don't know how I could have organised this farewell for mum in the state I was in without Julies help. A very kind soul.

We recently had my Grandad's funeral at Simplicity Funerals Woolloongabba. My Nanna would like to leave a few words: "I would like to thank Neil and his staff for helping my family and myself through the hardest time of our lives. Recently, my husband Bevan passed away at 90 years of age. 6 months prior, we visited Simplicity Funeral Directors at Woolloongabba to arrange our cremations and funeral plans. 2 days after my husband passed away, my family and I met Neil. He was exceptionally helpful with this difficult task. As per my husband's wishes, the Ceremony was held on the premises with the attendance of our family only. At the conclusion of the formalities, Neil suggested my Grandsons should carry Bevan's coffin to the hearse. To be given this privilege will stay in their hearts forever. A perfect farewell. A big thankyou to Neil for the funeral service of my late mother. We had gone through a very stressful time due to my mother's illness and subsequent passing.
