On behalf of our family I would like to thank Joan for her role in dealing with the tragic loss of our son Lincoln. Her kindness and compassion and genuine warmth made a sorrowful situation as good as it could be under the circumstances. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and clearly Joan understood our grief and imparted genuine comfort to us.

Having our father pass suddenly recently was the hardest life even that i have experienced in my life, especially at Christmas time. Alisha, Chontelle and Colin at Fitzroy Funerals were AMAZING from our first meeting right through his funeral ceremony and Beyond. They have been Kind, caring , compassionate and made everything so much easier for us during a Really hard time. Thank you all So Much for everything you have done. Dad would have been so Happy with everything. Thank you once again , Adrian and Family .

I would like to Thank the staff at Fitzroy Funerals, Rockhampton. Qld.My son who passed on the 22nd june. Was put in the care of the Fitzroy Funerals. Between organising for me to have a conversation with the coroner, and getting my son cremated, it all went very smoothly, with them taking into account, i was a grieving mother, i was not in my hometown, The staff were there to care, answer questions, and looked after my son’s body with a great deal of respect. As well as his ashes. They kept me informed even down to when he was being cremated the day and time. As sad as it was i felt included in the process of putting my son’s body to rest. Finally he is free and at peace. RIP Steve.
