There are simply not enough words to thank Brad for what he did for our family during the most heartbreaking time of our lives. From the very first moment, Brad went far beyond what we ever expected from a funeral director. His care, compassion, patience and support were extraordinary. He carried us through the darkest days with such calmness, dignity and genuine kindness that it honestly felt as though we had one of our closest family members standing beside us, quietly taking care of everything, we could not bear to face ourselves. The standard of care, respect, guidance, and support Brad showed is something I have never experienced before. Every request, no matter how small or unique, was supported and carried out with absolute care and attention to detail. No matter what we needed, Brad approached everything with openness, understanding and genuine care. Every interaction was thoughtful, gentle and deeply human. At a time when we were at our most vulnerable, he made us feel supported, protected and understood. The preparation, the guidance, the organisation on the day itself, every detail was handled with such professionalism and heartfelt compassion. Brad somehow managed to make one of the hardest experiences of our lives feel safe and held, and as difficult as the day was, it was perfect, beautiful, and everything we wanted. Brad is truly exceptional, as is Maxine and the entire team at Funerals & Farewells. The compassion, professionalism and genuine care shown throughout the entire process was beyond anything we could have imagined. We will never forget what Brad did for us, and we will never be able to thank him enough.

Brad is simply wonderful. During the saddest time of our lives Brad was with us every step of the way, he ensured the last thing we could do for a very much loved Wife, Mum, Nan and Great Nan was done so well. Nothing was too much trouble and Brad's attention to the smallest details made all the difference. The ceremony flowed beautifully and it was a beautiful, dignified send off. I can't recommend Brad enough. My mother passed away unexpected through a covid lockdown, and I was in another state. Brad was so accommodating. When we were able to come together for our final goodbyes, Brad made everything easy and went out of his way to look after us all. Nothing was to much and everything was included. He made a very sad time much more bearable. Thank you so much for everything you did for us, it was so appreciated. I could not recommend funerals and farewells more.
