SIMPLY AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH i was recently in Geelong to attend my best friend of nearly 54 year’s celebration of life. The care from the onset was exemplary. Tabatha did not leave one stone unturned her knowledge kindness and expertise in arranging the day along with supporting family/relatives and friends you were absolutely amazing. Family wanted a viewing which was accommodated along with the way my beautiful friend looked the attention to detail down to her makeup and eyebrows done the way her family requested and she was dressed beautifully an absolute credit to Tabatha . On the day of the service the entrance to and the Chapel looked fantastic the live stream captured every moment. Aaron (the celebrant) described the life of my friend perfectly as if he had known the family for an eternity- you nailed it Aaron her life beautifully explained to the many in attendance. To the Director’s and Management of Tuckers Geelong you have incredibly experienced committed staff who go the extra mile to create perfection both in arranging the service and on the day. I cannot express enough gratitude to Sharon for her kindness, professionalism, and support in helping us prepare for a funeral during such a difficult time. From the very first moment, she showed true compassion and understanding, making what felt like an overwhelming process so much easier. Sharon is so approachable and reliable and had a solution for everything that cropped up - we knew through the whole process we were in good hands. A special thank you to the Tuckers team as well, whose dedication and attention to detail ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Their guidance and warmth brought us immense comfort, allowing us to focus on honouring my father in law without any added stress. Sharon and Tucker went above and beyond to provide not just a service, but a truly meaningful experience. Tuckers looked after my mother after she passed away and I can't compliment them enough for their service towards me and the family. Regularly checking in with us to let us know what had to be done before the funeral, doing their best to fulfil any request we had. All of this done with the utmost empathy and respect shown. On the day of the funeral they were flawless, it went as well as an occasion like that can and they are largely responsible for that. Special mention goes to Tabytha who was just brilliant to deal with. Unfortunately we are all going to have to deal with burying loved ones eventually, when that does happen you couldn't do any better than Tuckers in my experience.

I can only say "thank you" to the kind and patient staff at Tuckers. The understanding and genuine care they showed during the whole process was beyond professional. Making it easier to cope with the ordeal of losing a loved family member at every stage.
