Lisa also looked after Mum's funeral, again she ensured the family could focus on mourning and not what has to be done. Thankyou Lisa

Lisa and the team were incredibly kind and compassionate in every one of our dealings with them. Dad’s funeral was everything he would have wanted and Lisa was instrumental in helping facilitate that. I would highly recommend them.
Lisa Rizzo and the team from George Hartnett Kelvin Grove were amazing to deal with right from that dreaded phone call I had to make to advise my father was dying. Lisa was so helpful and was very clear in what we needed to do, how we could complete things and gave us all our options. We never felt rushed or hurried along and she was so empathetic and could relate to our situation. On the day of the funeral, everything went so seamlessly that we did not have any worries or concerns. The added bonus of Lisa changing the funeral flowers into individual bouquets was AMAZING and it was great to be able to give people some.if these and keep some for ourselves. She even dropped off the death certificate to me in person, so as to not put me out having to get it. I have never wanted to recommend a company or rep (Lisa) more!!

Amongst the pain and heartache that consumed my Wife and I, when we lost our baby daughter, GHM was a beacon of light in the darkness. Kate and her team went beyond all our expectations with their amazing generosity, sympathy and all their thoughtful little touches. This unexpected level of service, not only made the experience as memorable and painless as possible, but it renewed in us a sense of hope in times of such tragedy.
Jake was absolutely wonderful at guiding us through the steps and decisions needed, he was always caring and understanding, relatable and trustable. He made himself completely available to myself and my family and managed our confusion and grief with amazing grace and compassion. The experience we had with Jake was so helpful during such a difficult time. I would highly recommend him and the George Hartlett team at Kelvin Grove.
