I am writing to thank you for the support & professionalism that you all demonstrated when our grandson died suddenly. I am sorry it has taken me sometime to write but I am sure you understand how affected we all were. Your commitment to a peaceful send off for our grandson was evident in everything you did for us down to the arrangement of the sunflowers 🌻 and his detail to his hair that meant a lot to him & his mum. We will hold you in our hearts ♥️ & will refer you to others in the future.

We recently engaged Premier Funerals to manage the arrangements for a family member. Keely (our Specialist) had to manage very complex funeral arrangements which included: two grieving families, managing a service that met the needs of multiple time zones for both the viewing and the service, considering budget limitations, supporting the needs of two culturally diverse families located on different sides of the globe and to top it off battle gremlins in the IT system on the day of the service. Keely met all of these challenges without fuss and could not do enough to assist in helping the family through this process - a credit to her and the team.

My experience with Premium Funerals has been exceptional from the very beginning through to my father’s burial. Having worked with several funeral directors in the past when my sisters passed away, I can confidently say that Premium Funerals in Oxley provided a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out. From the moment you walk into their office, you can feel the compassion in the way their staff interacts with families. While waiting in the reception area, I listened to the receptionist speaking gently and professionally with families, reassuring them that their loved ones had arrived safely and were being cared for. That sincerity and empathy meant so much during such a difficult time. Paul was incredibly kind and supportive when we came to view my father. He guided us respectfully through the dressing process and showed genuine understanding throughout. Jenny was also exceptional professional, attentive, and truly understanding of what our family wanted. I wholeheartedly recommend Premium Funerals as funeral directors. Their care, empathy, and professionalism made a meaningful difference to my family, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Jenny at premier funerals Oxley was wonderful to deal with she was kind and considerate to myself and my family at all times. All of the staff were professional with fantastic customer service! They were extremely supportive and helpful not to mention patient and encouraging. And the celebrant Dawn, who was recommended by Jenny did a wonderful job. I am deeply disappointed by the level of service and care our family received from Premier Funerals Oxley. At a time when our family was grieving and needed compassion and professionalism the most, we were instead met with negligence and lies. There were several critical mistakes made by your company, and without proper explanation or accountability, palmed our beloved Aunty off to another funeral home. As you can imagine, this whole ordeal has left our family traumatised and we will not remain silent. Until justice is served, we will continue to do everything we can to warn others about the complete disregard your business has for grieving families and their loved ones in their final send-off.

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted with the services provided by this funeral home. It is truly disheartening that a company entrusted with the responsibility of after-death care—a role that demands the utmost sensitivity and professionalism—could handle matters so poorly, and then fail entirely to take accountability for their actions. What is most troubling is the clear disconnect between the values this company claims to uphold and the way it actually operates. Words like respect, integrity, and accountability seem to function more as marketing slogans than guiding principles. If you are looking for a provider that truly honors the dignity of your loved ones and communicates with clarity and compassion, I strongly urge you to explore other options. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.

There should be an option for zero stars. I strongly advise against engaging Premier Funerals Oxley for any funeral services. Our family experienced a distressing and unacceptable situation due to their conduct. We discovered that our loved one’s remains had been subjected to severe neglect while in their care. Even more concerning was the pattern of deliberate misrepresentation — we were provided with false information regarding the handling and condition of our loved one, and were misled about key decisions and processes throughout. Upon confronting the funeral home with the facts, there was a complete absence of accountability, transparency, or any sincere effort to acknowledge or rectify their actions. Their conduct was not only grossly negligent, but also deeply unethical and disrespectful. The lack of remorse and compassion demonstrated afterward reflects a profound disregard for the trust that grieving families place in such services. Premier Funerals Oxley failed in their basic duty of care during one of the most vulnerable and emotional periods of our lives. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!
