I never thought I could give my mum a Burmese Buddhist ceremony, but he knew how to arrange it. He was warm and caring, and really helped us to give the perfect funeral for my mum. Also, for her ash interment, he surprised us by being there, bringing along a Buddhist shrine. We were very touched.
Sarah and her team showed our family genuine care, compassion and respect during such a difficult time. They guided us with kindness and made everything feel manageable, ensuring all of our requests were handled with ease and understanding. The service, beautifully led by Lisa, truly honoured our loved one in a meaningful and heartfelt way. It reflected who they were and gave us a chance to say goodbye with love and dignity. It meant so much to our family to feel supported every step of the way. We are so grateful for the warmth, professionalism and compassion shown to our family. Thank you for helping us through this in such a caring and respectful way.
The funeral that was organised by GHM for my father was truly lovely. They went above and beyond our requests, even late changes to the timetable were handled with professionalism and care. Jen B our funeral director made the entire process seamless and successful.

Outstanding service from George Hartnett Funeral Services. Every detail of our mother’s burial was handled with professionalism, care, and sensitivity. I have used the services of George Hartnett, Cleveland for both my Mum and Dad and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention they gave us during such a difficult time. They spent time with us to explain the process and offered suggestions that we could implement at the funeral. I had so many people compliment me on the whole service, from flowers to music and the way GH conducted themselves on the day. Thank you, in particular to Jo who looked after us recently when Mum passed. I would highly recommend George Harnett Cleveland.
Every single detail was perfectly managed and thought of by our lovely funeral coordinator Nat. She was honestly 100% amazing in every regard. Thank you so much for helping create the most special celebration of my mums life for us. This was the 3 rd funeral we have had with these guys now and I wouldnt go anywhere else unless i had to. Can not speak highly enough of the compassion, organisation, effort and time given to us to have everything just the was we wanted within budget.
