On December 20, 2025, my nightmare began when my husband died during our dream vacation in Australia. We had good insurance, on paper. A social worker at the hospital recommended Global Funeral Network. That's how I met Dominic. Dominic was compassionate, helpful, and friendly from the start. It turned out the insurance company wasn't going to cooperate and kept us waiting for a very long time, even working against us. Dominic quickly realized this and started arranging things for us, even though he didn't know if we could afford him. He acted out of the goodness of his heart! The insurance company didn't cover it, and the money had to be arranged some other way. Throughout this time, Dominic continued to support me and my family in Holland. Finally, my husband was transported to the funeral home in Springwood, where Ross did his utmost with the embalming to increase the chances of everyone being able to say goodbye at home. Now, three weeks later, we can return to the Netherlands. But without Dominic, we would never have made it this far! We are incredibly grateful and will never forget them!

Death of a loved one is probably the hardest thing to deal with in your life. Dominik and his team ensured that the whole process was stress free and his support throughout was second to none.
