Janice and Karen are such lovely people. After losing my Mum quite suddenly, they were there for me and my Dad with such kindness and compassion that I will never forget. Janice is literally an angel, she truly cares and goes above and beyond for your loved one, I could not have wished for anyone better to look after Mum in this last little part of the journey. Janice was so reassuring throughout the whole process and even helped us to make the decision for Mum and Dad’s beloved Dog to come say goodbye which we wouldn’t have even thought of:) again absolutely wonderful ladies.
