From the moment we met Sharon, we felt fully supported. She never rushed us and provided so much invaluable information and detail. The funeral announcement for Martin Connaughton was perfect and what Sharon suggested for the order of service booklet was so thoughtful. The flowers, the photo,the slide show, the faultless live stream so our families and friends in Australia, Scotland and Ireland could join us and introducing us to the most amazing celebrant - we couldn’t have done this without Sharon. Thank you for making the most difficult situation, a celebration of my partner (Martin’s) life. We really couldn’t have gotten through this without Sharon. Atrocious customer service and extremely overpriced. Staff are insensitive and rude. I’ve never had a more troubling experience with a business. Do NOT use!
People who respect people when no one is watching. Integrity and care are great words to describe Midcoast Funerals.
From the moment I first contact Midcoast funerals they were supportive and accommodating to our family and their needs. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we requested was not only doable but done with heartfelt warmth and empathy. I guess its the understanding of family working with family... but we certainly felt heard, included and special at our most vulnerable time. We can not express enough gratitude and relief that we found Mid coast funerals at our time of greatest need.
