If you want the terrible experience of losing a loved one to be made even worse, choose Oceanview. We engaged their services to cremate my Mother who passed on the 20th March. 7 weeks later we are still waiting for them to provide a death certificate. Claimed original one ordered was lost in the post, they couldn’t even explain why we weren’t told about this, even told me that they thought we already had it. They only placed an order for another certificate after I contacted them. Considering the industry they serve, completely unacceptable service provided
