Would not recommend. I very much wish we had done more research before signing up with Premier. Incredibly disappointed that the entire family was left waiting for the coffin to arrive, 1.5 hours after the agreed time. The immediate family missed their opportunity to grieve together with the coffin before the start of the memorial. It felt as if we were taken advantage of during this most vulnerable time in our lives. This service was completely overpriced considering they had no part in the service nor the place where the funeral was held (other than delivering the coffin 1.5hrs late) Completely unprofessional, there was no explanation other than 'the weather' on an otherwise, mostly sunny day.

I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible team at Premiere Funerals Jacqui, Karen, and the beautiful celebrant Angie. These three women were nothing short of amazing in helping us honour my dear friend just days before Christmas, a time that was already so emotional and overwhelming. From the very first moment, their compassion, professionalism, and genuine care wrapped around us like a warm embrace. The love and support they showed our family was something I have truly never experienced before. They didn’t just organise a funeral, they held our hands through one of the toughest moments of our lives. My friend left behind two beautiful children, and the way Jacqui, Karen, and Angie supported them throughout this process was incredibly. They treated them with patience, and kindness, always making sure they felt safe, included, and cared for. That meant more to us than words can express. The service itself was absolutely beautiful. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed with grace. Angela spoke so eloquently and from the heart. Her words were powerful, comforting, and deeply personal. She captured my friend’s spirit so perfectly. At the same time, she managed to bring warmth and light into the space, which is such a rare and special gift. Premiere Funerals offers not only exceptional service but also affordability without compromising on quality or care. During such a difficult time, having a team that is organised, compassionate, and truly dedicated makes all the difference. I would wholeheartedly recommend Premiere Funerals to anyone who has lost a loved one. These women are remarkable and go above and beyond, not just doing their job, but genuinely caring for the families they serve. We are forever grateful 🤍✨
