This was the hardest thing we ever had to do and we had no idea thank to Michael Filer and Kristen Cook .They were wonderful and caring and they took the time to sit and listen. They guided us through the whole process. Having Silver Dove arrange the service for my Mother's funeral was an excellent experience. Their communication was compassionate and clear, their organisation was exemplary and everything was explained clearly. They listened carefully to my requests and the celebrant provided exactly what I wanted with the service. The flowers were glorious; the attendants were respectful, well presented and kindly.
