I can't thank Eva enough for the extraordinary care she showed after the sudden passing of my husband. From our very first conversation, she brought a rare combination of professionalism and genuine warmth that made an unbearable time feel a little more manageable. Eva went above and beyond to coordinate flying my husband home to Perth for his funeral, and as a Justice of the Peace, she was also able to witness the mountain of documents I needed to get through, which saved me so much additional stress at a time when I had very little capacity to navigate red tape. What stood out most was how Eva listened, understood, and treated my husband's memory with the dignity and respect he deserved. I'm deeply grateful to Eva and the team at Simplicity Funerals. Eva was wonderful and explained everything to us. She was always happy to answer any questions that we had in a timely manner, and made us feel confortable with the whole process. The rest of the team on the day were also very professional, friendly and respectful. We had to organise dad's funeral quickly and Eva helped enormously to accommodate us. I rang a couple of other places and did not feel as comfortable with them. Would highly recommend!

Toni has been professional, thorough and informative throughout the entire process - exceptional service again ( used Simplicity 13 yrs ago)… and excellent communication skills, I ( and several family members ) am in process of organising my own prepaid funeral, well done Toni for showing how easy it can be about a topic from which most shy away.
