From the moment we met Clint, I knew that my Grandad was in safe hands. Clint approached every interaction with such warmth, patience and understanding, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable. He took the time to listen, answer questions and guide us through every step without ever making us feel rushed. His attention to detail and dedication were evident in everything he did, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping us create a meaningful farewell. Family can be hard to coordinate, especially while grieving, yet he handled every request with remarkable grace and kindness. Clint always made us feel supported and respected. The service itself was beautifully organised and ran seamlessly, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating Grandad’s life. We will always be grateful for the compassion, professionalism and care Clint and his staff showed our family during such a significant and difficult time. Thank you for helping us give our grandfather the send off he deserved. It meant more to us than words can express!

We recently had a funeral for my husbands mother and on the very first meeting with Lisa I knew we had chosen well...Lisa made the whole process easy for us as neither have had this task before. On the day everything went smoothly and was a wonderful send off to Valmae. My sister and I arranged our brother's funeral with Clinton and his wonderful team at Warana. He is very good at his job. The funeral service ran very smoothly. Clinton and his team had taken care of all of the details so we could just be there. I highly recommend that you engage his services if you have lost a loved one. He was very compassionate and caring during one of the saddest and most difficult situations that we have ever had to deal with. We were also very satisfied with the people that he recommended to engage as a celebrant and for the live streaming service. We were overall very impressed with the service that Clinton provided and we can not recommend him highly enough.

From the very first day I met Lisa at Warana, I was totally taken by her kind, warm and caring personality. These traits have proven to be absolutely genuine and I have nothing but total admiration for the way in which Lisa cared for our Friend Glen. Evening Lisa Thank you so much for the kindness you showed Mum for her viewing last Friday. She mentioned that it was very respectful and allowed her the final farewell for Dad. I appreciate the extra effort for you and the crematorium staff to allow her this time after her sudden change of heart regarding his final farewell. I have deposited the last amount to cover this additional expense. Can we arrange for me to collect Dad’s ashes on Tuesday afternoon?
