Diane is such a lovely lady, I spoke with her in regards to my uncles funeral & our initial meeting was full of information, guidance & she had lots of samples, or photo books which makes the process easier for those running on multiple levels of greif. She also has a lovely room for private viewings. If you are looking for a funeral director I can highly recommend Diane. Sadly some places add so many hidden fees, it's good to just trust & know prices straight up, which also makes the process easier for the families & their loved ones. Thank you Diane.

Losing my mum was the hardest experience of my life, and planning her farewell by myself while preparing to take her ashes back to Ireland felt incredibly overwhelming. From the very beginning, Diane and Michelle made me feel comforted, treated me with compassion and helped me appreciate the beautiful things of my mums life whilst organising all the things needed. Nothing ever felt rushed. My needs and wants were understood and they helped me create a service that truly reflected her life and the love she shared with everyone around her. Every question was answered with patience, every detail was handled with care, and throughout the process I felt truly supported. The empathy I received made the greatest difference and lifted a big weight from my shoulders. I will always be grateful to Diane and Michelle for helping me give Mum the beautiful, dignified send-off she deserved. Meeting Diane was like catching up with a dear friend who was there to help you through a sad and confusing time. She was patient, attentive to our questions, offered positive suggestions and helped us relax at a stressful moment with her kind and friendly discussions. I said to my husband " she is perfect".
