Nate and his team at George Hartnett Funerals managed my Aunt's funeral with care and respect. Organising everything can be quite overwhelming as there are a lot of details to take care of. Nate explained everything in great detail and was able to guide us when we were a bit foggy. I appreciated the regular communication and their professionalism throughout. I felt like my Aunt was well cared for and that her wishes for her final goodbye were fulfilled. Highly recommend.

I attended my cousins funeral managed by Geo Hartnett today at St. Gerard Majella Church at Chermside West. The Staff were lovely, very respectful and efficient right through to organising the Pall Bearers. Could not recommend them highly enough. They provided umbrellas to protect patrons from the sun, and water for all the attendees at the cemetery also. Well organised machine. Thank you.

I was so pleased with the four people who attended us at our mother's funeral at Pinnaroo Lawn Cemetary yesterday 27th Nov. They were so caring towards us and yet so efficient in their duties. Nothing seemed to much bother for them. Thank you again Liam Keighron

In May this year, our lives were shattered by the unexpected loss of my late husband. Losing him was hard enough, but facing all of the choices and arrangements that need to be made in those first couple of weeks was crippling. Then we met with Nate Lord at GHMF Aspley. He gets it. He really gets it. He guided us through the experience, helping us see through the emotional overwhelm, and showing us the patience and compassion of a saint. And something about his presence was truly calming and reassuring, like he was sharing his strength to help us get through the worst time in our lives. Without his calm, respectful, professional and compassionate support, both while planning the funeral and on the day, we would never have achieved the beautiful service and burial that truly honoured the man we loved.
