Our family lost the most beautiful Wife, Mother, Mother in-law & Grandmother. With the professional & compassionate help from Shayne and all the staff at Henry Lorrimer Funerals (Burstow's), our journey to prepare Mum's funeral was made so much easier. Shayne was always there to answer any questions we had and made us feel like we were family. The compassion Katrina showed to our family the day of the viewing was something I will never forget.
