From our very first conversations, yhey listened to every request with genuine care and compassion. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made an incredibly difficult time so much easier for our family. Every detail was exactly as we had hoped—and more. The order of service was beautifully designed, perfectly capturing Dad's life and personality. Mandy's organisation, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional, and everything on the day ran seamlessly. So many of our family and friends commented that it was one of the most beautiful funerals they had ever attended. That meant so much to us because Dad was honoured exactly as he deserved to be. One of the most special and unforgettable moments was hearing Dad's own voice at the end of the photo tribute. It was such an emotional and personal touch that left everyone with tears in their eyes. Mandy made that happen, and it is something our family will treasure forever. Mandy didn't just meet our expectations—she exceeded them in every way. She gave 110%, treating our family with kindness, respect, and professionalism throughout the entire process. We are forever grateful for the beautiful farewell she helped us create for Dad and would wholeheartedly recommend Mandy to anyone looking for someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond.
My husband and I never expected to have to make funeral arrangements for our son, but after the heartbreaking loss of our baby, Kit, we were faced with the unthinkable reality. Raewyn is the contact that I dealt with at Integrity funerals. We had our mother cremated and arranged for her remains to go into an urn and 7 small silver hearts that we could share amoungst the family. I had may personal calls from Raewyn. She told me step by step where mum was. It meant a lot to me that she treated mum with a white sheath and removed the hosital gown that mum was brought in with. Raewyn spent time to talk to mum and identified that she was right handed as her nail polish was upset. She personally called me with this information ! She then identified that she had lovely soft pink polish on her toes as well. My sister and I were given so much comfort with the care our mum was given . Please, consider this company to care for your family members that have passed. The care is incredible and the love that Raewyn gave . The price is very appropiete too. For anyone wanting their loved ones looked and cared above all limits for after their passing this place is the one. I recently lost my father and it was such a traumatic experience but Integrity Funerals were amazing every single step of the way. Amanda Goodwin looked after my Dad and made everything so special and honestly the attention to care and compassion even her hugs made it so much easier on the heart. I could go on with how amazing she was. Thank you so much for looking after my Dad for the amazing quick response time and also getting my dad back home to me within the time given. Bless you all.
I can't thank the team at Integrity Funerals enough for their support in helping me provide a fitting send off for my recently departed mum. From the initial pickup of mum from her aged care facility, through to her funeral service, I found all the staff to be very compassionate, caring and professional in everyway. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a funeral director for a recently departed loved one. They also did dad's funeral just over 12yrs ago as well. And mum and I were very happy with there support back then as well and that's the main reason I got them to do mum's funeral as well.
