I'd like to thank Stefan and all the staff from Jonathon Hepner Funerals for the professional, compassionate, empathetic and respectful manner in which they conduct their business. Our family was deeply comforted knowing our that our Mums final farewell would be so beautifully prepared for and carried out according to her wishes. A beautiful place you would rather never visit. I was here to farewell a friend who passed a few days before here birthday. Parking is good. Bus stops are close. I didn't take many vids or pics because it felt wrong.

Every person (at JHF) in every interaction (from first being greeted at reception, meeting with you, at the office answering our calls) were so kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process — nothing was ever too hard. From the phone call in the middle of night, accidental enquiry on a Sunday, last minute additions and changes. You make dying easy! In the best possible way. Jackson's kindness, knowledge, and steady guidance were invaluable. He thoughtfully arranged the funeral webcast and a beautifully designed service booklet — both a testament to his commitment and attention to detail. From our first conversation to the day of the service and beyond, the entire team showed compassion and quiet competence. Their pricing was also competitive and respectful — appropriate to the occasion and handled with the same thoughtfulness as everything else. My family and I are deeply grateful for the support and care we received.

Cannot speak highly enough of Stefan and the staff at JH Funerals. The care and compassion they showed us, all the extra attention to detail they showed. My father was well looked after and his service was everything we wanted. Thank you is not enough, but thank you.
