Hanna at KM Smith Wynnum Office was so incredibly supportive, professional and put on an amazing service for our Dad. Hanna helped our family at every stage of the process, was always available and went above and beyond. She helped to put us at ease at a very difficult time and was so kind. We really appreciated everything you did for us and especially taking the time to understand who our dad was and chat with his friends and family at the service. I would absolutely highly recommend Hanna.

Thanks to Alex and all the team at KM Smith Mt Gravatt for looking after Mum's funeral arrangements. Excellent communication through the whole process and genuinely caring and compassionate. Thanks also to Trevor who met us to help with arrangements and Julie and Alex who were there on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly just as planned.

Our family has used KM Smith for generations and always found them to be excellent. Unfailingly empathetic, caring and taking care of every detail. It is such an important occasion I could not trust this to anyone else. There was not one detail they missed and did great credit to the funeral. I am not saying they are the cheapest but highly recommend them for a faultless funeral.

My Mother's funeral was conducted yesterday by K M Smith. From start to finish, Antony organised everything with dignity, compassion and expertise. The team at the church service and burial, Chris, Gordon and Simon, were exemplary. At a sad and stressful period in my life, I couldn't have wished for more. Well done and thank you.
