From start to finish, dealing with Jenny and the team at White Lady was a very positive experience. They did an amazing job and made the process very easy with their compassion and professionalism. On the day of the service, the whole operation was flawless and beautifully presented.

We used White Lady Funerals last year after our beautiful mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. From the first phone call Dell put us at ease with her gentleness, calmness and compassion. It was an incredibly stressful time for our family and Dell and her team made the experience so much better for us. All the details were put together in a quick amount of time. She had answers and ideas for us which we couldn’t even fathom because of our grief. We had a private viewing in their lovely office in Southport the night before the funeral and for most of us in the room it was our very first time seeing our mum. She was prepared beautifully and the atmosphere within the room allowed all of us to grieve and spend time with our Mum. I have no words for how wonderful the team was on the day of the funeral. So caring, calm, gentle and incredibly compassionate, they ensured every single detail was adhered to as planned. They even called weeks later once the death certificate had arrived with several copies for us to distribute as needed. We could absolutely NOT fault them and were so grateful that we chose them to say goodbye to our mum. Choosing a funeral home after losing a loved one is such a daunting experience and we are so glad we chose Dell and the team at White Lady Funerals Southport. The ladies from white lady are absolutely fantastic so caring in every way they take time to listen to every aspect on what you want to farewell your loved one such a hard thing to do but they are always there for you, especially a big thankyou to Jenny she was wonderful and nothing was ever too much for her to take the time with us not sure what we would of done without her.
