So very happy with Hazel and others at "White Lady Funerals" at Hillcrest. Hazel and all the staff had guided my wife and I through what I thought a very difficult time. Their approach was respectful and calming and they helped carry the load. The communication, tasks required and service itself was for me worry free. The range of options for notices and service gave me the perfect funeral for my mum, and a fitting send off.

Hazel was exceptional from the moment we met her, and we immediately knew Mum’s farewell was in capable and compassionate hands. She was professional, patient, respectful and attentive, guiding us through every detail and keeping us informed throughout the process. Hazel went above and beyond to ensure the service was elegant, personal and exactly as we had hoped. On the day, everything ran smoothly and was handled with dignity, grace and warmth. White Lady Funerals at Hillcrest provided outstanding care during an incredibly difficult time. We are deeply grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend Hazel and the entire Hillcrest team highly.

We were so impressed by white lady funerals, especially our director Debbie. They went above and beyond to accomodate us, and our dysfunctional family. They truely held our hand through every step (even the ones we didn’t know we needed to take). They clearly take pride in their service with 24/7 phone access and every staff member recognising our names when we called. We highly recommend to anyone considering them. My mum has since expressed her desire to have her own funeral held with them.
