We can't thank Teru for everything they did for our family during one of the hardest times of our lives. From the very beginning until Dad's final farewell at the cemetery, Teru was there every step of the way. He treated our Dad with the utmost care, dignity, and respect, and he showed our whole family genuine kindness and compassion throughout the entire journey. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Because of his support, we were able to focus on being with our Dad and our family. Thank you, Teru, for your professionalism, compassion, and the love you showed us. We will always be grateful and highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a team that truly cares. Quick to answer any questions we had during the process - from the initial enquiry regarding your service, to allowing us to drive Mum from the car park to the cemetery on her “final ride”, allowing also my family to walk with our traditional Tapa Cloth to cover her during this ride - we are truly grateful for allowing us to do these things.
