Words can not express my heartfelt gratitude for the funeral service lady Anne recently conducted for my beautiful mother. Loosing your mum is tough enough, let alone coping with the unenviable task of organising her funeral. Thank goodness I we went with Lady Anne. The friendly, warm and yet professional approach given to not only myself but all who took part in the funeral. Your dedication to making sure everything ran smoothly not only on the day but mums family service was incredible and the funeral certainly was a tribute and celebration of mum’s life, and we could not be happier. Mum looked so beautiful as if she was just sleeping, she looked like there was life in her, colour, makeup everything was beautiful.
