Scott at Majestic Funerals was excellent. We wanted a discrete and uncomplicated cremation, with no fuss or stress at a very trying time. Scott and his team took care of everything. We recently entrusted Maiestic Funerals with arranging my grandfather's service, and I can't thank them enough for the care and compassior hey showed our family during such a difficult time. Scott, Denise, Cindy, and Angie were al incredibly kind, respectful, and supportive from beginning to end. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and made sure everv detail was handled with dignity and professionalism. The service itself was peautiful and ran so smoothly, which gave us the space to focus on remembering my grandfather rather than worrying about arrangements

If only there was ZERO STARS OPTION. Our experience with Majestic Funerals, and Scott in particular, was extremely upsetting. We found him to be rude and dishonest throughout the process. We were given conflicting information on different days and were told that the body had not yet been received, when it had already been cremated. Scott promised he would notify us when the cremation was taking place so we could light a candle, but this never happened. Because we were not informed, the ashes were left sitting there for over two weeks, including over the Christmas period, without us being notified that the cremation had even occurred. At one point Scott hung up on us during a call. This was a deeply distressing experience during an already painful time. Scott is not a trustworthy person, and we would not recommend Majestic Funerals.
