And in April 2026 that came to pass. Everything went as smoothly as one could hope, from pickup at the nursing home right through to the ceremony and get together with hot drinks and cookies in the big room. Whomever made up Mum for her viewing did a beautiful job, the photo and music display created by Mike was fantastic, essentially every part of the process was 100%. Huge thanks to the big fella Mark for making it all happen, and to the whole team - Mike, Teresa, Sue, Christine, and all others involved. I have run out of parents now, but would sincerely recommend anyone to put their departed loved one in Sensible Funerals care, they are awesome.
Sensible Funerals delivered an exceptional service. The ceremony was beautifully arranged and truly reflected my brother Pete. Michael was a remarkable celebrant, and Zoe was outstanding in helping organize the many aspecta of the service. The slideshow, flowers, memory bookmarks and the table set up for the ashes and memorabilia were perfect. Sensible Funerals created a memory I will treasure. I would highly recommend Sensible Funerals, I have been to this particular funeral parlour a few times first my in laws, then my parents, and just recently my beloved brother, they have so much compassion and are there to answer any questions, and they treat the deceased with dignity, I wouldn't go any where else, Thank you Sensible Funerals.
