The Natural Funeral Company, Colin Clark Funeral Director was an absolute pleasure to talk to and help me find closure for my wife’s funeral on Monday 29th April . Colin organised ,live steaming to two locations in the U.K. playing pre recorded messages from both locations there. My son and I felt the original room was not big enough so Colin organised next room up (doubled in size to original room ) advising us that an over flow room adjoining the chapel would allow people not able to be in the chapel , to view proceedings comfortably. Colin introduced us to the celebrant Janine Saundercock who made us feel comfortable coming to meet us at our home and was just wonderful on the day. Janine spoke clearly and with compassion getting all name and titles (sister in law, Niece, Mother, sister, Dearest Friends ) all correct . Janine was so encouraging when it came to reading the Eulogy our family managed to do this on the day . Thankyou Janine for being on standby to take over if we had last minute fears or breakdowns . Colin was very Technically savvy and we had no technical issues, with live streaming , music and photo slide presentation 60 + photos. Absolutely no issues at all. To have closure on our Funeral that meant so much to so many was a credit to Colin and Janine. I would recommend highly The Natural Funeral Company . The Natural Funeral company were so wonderful to our family during the difficult time of organizing our Mum’s funeral arrangements. Grace who was our funeral director was a hardworking, empathetic and kind person, gave us all the options that we could choose from and recommended wonderful ideas to make the process as easy as possible, with brevity. The service was handled beautifully and as silly and biased as it sounds, it was the best funeral I’ve been to and it ran so smoothly. Thank you Grace and team. We had a beautiful service for mum which will add to the wonderful memories we already have of her.

Grace and the team at the natural funeral company are the most amazing compassionate people around. Extremely understanding and so patient and helpful with every step of the process. Saying goodbye to my Nan was so hard. I've never have to organise a funeral before and I was so unsure of where to start. But I am so glad that we went with The Natural Funeral Company. Because in all honesty, Grace was an absolute godsend. She was so patient, so caring and it felt like family, helping family. She treated my Nan with the utmost respect and care as she did the family left behind. The service was wonderful and one that my Nan would have been proud of. It really is a tough situation to deal with when a family member passes away. Making decisions so soon is very hard. I made the initial enquiries on behalf of Mum who was struggling dealing with the loss of her son. This was the first time we have used the Natural Funeral Company. We are satisfied we made the right choice. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. We like the fact that it is a small family business with staff that are genuine and caring.
