Definitely highly rated and recommended. Craig and his team are efficient and adaptable for all the needs we had. He explained the entire process clearly and answered all of our questions. There were certainly changes asked in a very short notice however he was very considerate and tried very hard to cater for those. Craig also did a very professional job by being the host during the day and delivered a very smooth yet meaningful event. 5 star for Craig and his team.

My dad passed away in December close to the holiday period, and they were responsive, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire process. They handled Dad’s cremation with dignity and care, and the package included thoughtful details that made things easier for our family. Very professional company. Although we opted for the "no frills" cremation, we had prompt, excellent and personalised service from Craig. We wouldn't go anywhere else for any future funeral needs. Highly recommended.
