June was nothing but kind, friendly, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. She was always available, answered every question promptly, and guided us with calm reassurance and respect. She took the time to understand who our dad was and ensured the service truly reflected his life, values, and the legacy he leaves behind. The funeral was conducted beautifully — tasteful, classy, and thoughtfully organised. It was a fitting and dignified farewell for our dad, and we felt supported every step of the way. We are deeply grateful to June and the team at Blackwell Funerals Payneham and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing compassionate and professional funeral services.

Our experience with Blackwell Funerals Payneham and Joseph Morelli was the best we could have asked for. Dad (Nicola Cionci) had pre-paid his funeral many years ago. As we were dealing with immense grief, pre-planning took all the guess work out of it. Dad you showed us the way, now we will be pre-planning our own funerals. We cannot express how professional, kind and sympathetic Joseph and his team were. Every aspect was taken care of and we would not hesitate to recommend Blackwell Funerals to anyone.

Special thanks to Joe and his team for being so caring and personable. Genuine respect and sensitivity was shown throughout the whole journey, from our first meeting to the funeral service. Our family was so appreciative of the professionalism and attention to detail that made our Dad's service so very special.

It was a very bad experience. No attention to detail and so many mistakes. 10 weeks after my mum's funeral and it still makes me angry. Rosetta failed in every way. Will never recommend Blackwell's. Even to the point where my beautiful mothers clothes were discarded without asking us if we wanted them back. No stars is what she deserves. Not professional at all Rosetta. My mother deserved better. Unfortunately it can't be redone. Very poor.

Terrible experience with Rosetta D'Agostino. She did not pay any attention to detail for our precious mother's funeral. She did things we didn't ask for, but also didn't do things we asked for. These were very basic things. Messy, unorganised and she also lost important and significant personal items. She rushed us on the day of funeral, verbally telling me we had to hurry up, because she had another funeral that afternoon. No drive by past my mother's house as requested, due to time restraints. When asked by an attendee to live stream the service in the coffee room, she replied with the TV is broken, management is aware, but it's at the bottom of the list to be fixed. These are a few examples, the list goes on. She showed no compassion to our grieving family. Very unprofessional! Unfortunately, we cannot redo our mothers funeral, and will have this memory forever...my mother deserved much better. Do better Rosetta! After that experience, I will never recommend Blackwells to anyone.
