Heritage Brady Funeral Directors & Crematorium

Highly do not recommend if first time ever going through a funeral home. Did not feel supported as we clearly told them that we need help (as this was a first time) and advice on next steps that they couldn’t do simple things like suggest where to make up funeral booklets, what facilities we could bring such as a speaker for music and show us what flower bunches are on offer, coffins and room that was used and when it came to the day found out how disappointing it was to what expectation we were told it was going to be. They really make you feel like just another everyday client. I hope you guys can improve on this and not make another family stress on what to do during such a hard time before forking a significant amount of money and end up with a disappointing result.

The respectful delivery and overall accomplishment of the whole day was beautiful, a day to remember. I'm so grateful to Heritage Brady for fulfilling the wishes of my mother and family to achieve the reverential service my farther earned and deserved. From organizing flower delivery to coordinating the pallbearers, they were there for support every step of the way. I will forever be grateful to Heritage Brady and their input of my fathers funeral.

I was going around Cairns, trying to find the right Funeral Directors, for my son. Comparing prices and availability but compassion was high on my list. At Heritage Funerals I was asked, who gave you the right to represent your son Kevin. Did he have a will? How much superannuation has he got. The whole conversation was insulting and was spoken to me very discourteously. I said thank you and walked out going to Cairns Funeral Directors where the service from the moment I walked through the doors was amazing.

Chris and Brett organised everthing with compassion and professionalism. The Chapel is beautiful, and the setting is soothing and pastoral. `My family, friends and myself were able to focus on what mattered instead of being anxious about the arrangements for such a sad occasion.

Can’t fault the service here at Heritage Brady. It was recommended by my late fathers carer as I live interstate and don’t know much about the area. Even while my dad was going through palliative care I spoke briefly with Chris and he was very compassionate in time of need and I’ll never forget that. Even though I live interstate they managed to arrange everything according to my late father’s wishes. Thankyou again.
