My husband William David Shervey passed away peacefully at home, Mark from Newhaven Funerals was my first point of contact when he came to my home to take William to the Newhaven Funeral Home, The care, compassion, and professionalism shown by Mark during such a difficult time meant more to me than words can express. Every detail was handled with dignity and respect, making this time a beautiful and heartfelt farewell for my husband from our home. All the Newhaven staff were supportive, understanding, and available whenever I needed guidance, helping ease the stress during an emotional period. I truly appreciated the personal touches and the genuine kindness shown throughout the entire process. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding service provided by Newhaven Funerals and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and professional funeral care. I would like to say a very special thank you to John and Siobhan for all their help. I would also like to thank Sandra for arranging such a beautiful service, Erika for making my husband look his best before going forward to the next life, Danni in the office for helping me with all my paperwork involved throughout the process and Kelly for making sure I was comfortable on the day of the service inside the chapel and lastly Amie for organising the return of my husbands ashes. A very big Thank you to Andrew the gardener at Eco memorial Park & Crematorium, He organised & planted some beautiful plants for my family garden after I asked his advice on plants one day and it was such a beautiful surprise when I returned for my next visit! The Foley-O’Dwyer family garden is a special resting place for my Mum, My husband, our Daughter and 2 dogs so it was a wonderful tribute to them all and meant the world to me. Newhaven Funerals Stapylton recently arranged a funeral for me. Sandra was amazing from start to finish. She was very professional but also very warm and helpful in every way. She was prompt in getting back to me when I had questions, and very helpful and knowledgeable with the slide presentation. This Company has been Amazing during a Very Stressful Time Helping with the Forms Getting the Death Certificate and making us the Most Beautiful Plaque but Most of All Caring for my Lovely Husband Scattering his Ashes amongst the Colorful Flowers.
