Our father passed suddenly in June during the beginning of Sydney's current Covid outbreak. My sister and I, separated in 2 different states, were as a result unable to travel to make the final arrangements for our father in person. It was an anxious time searching for the right funeral home to assist us. That is, until I spoke with John from Remembrance Funerals. Instantly, I knew we could trust this man with our father's remains. He had a warm, friendly and personal demeanour. Each time we spoke he remembered my name, my father's name and our circumstances. Great service and care taken with no attendance, no viewing cremation. Lovely polished wooden box supplied with ashes. All staff respectful, on time and well presented. Price good too. Thank you for your care and professionalism at a difficult time.
