The communication, planning and care when helping our Family navigate the Funeral and memorial arrangements were impeccable. I have never had to arrange a funeral and finding a funeral home / director was such a difficult decision because you don’t want to choose the wrong person and there are so many horror stories. From the time I called and spoke very briefly to call centre Josh to all our ongoing dealing with Jacinta and the team on the day, everyone was so incredibly respectful. Jacinta explained everything to me in detail and was so patient with all my questions and literally about 25 emails back and forth. She respected that I wasn’t ready to pay or sign anything until we had meet in person. On the day as horrible as it is to say goodbye, we were so thankful for everything that had been pre-organised. Thank you Jacinta and team for your help.

Highly recommend Grace (peta) seriously hardest time in my life after just supporting my father through VAD. Her presence just calmed me and made everything so easy.
