Georgia in particular took time to listen what I wanted and the service was how I wanted the final chapter for my precious Mum. I also got to choose the flowers Mum wanted. I felt safe and entrusted that my Mum's final journey was well looked after. I would definitely recommend Simplicity Funerals for you and your loved ones.
My brief experience with this cheap funeral home was anything but exceptional or empathetic. The way my daughter and myself were treated and looked down upon was truly something special. The manager Mel, is rude, uneducated and completely desensitised to anyone experiencing grief. DO NOT USE this funeral home. The service is as cheap as the cost and as cold as it's clientele.
Mel, our funeral director, provided exceptional service and thanks to her we were able to do an overseas repatriation. From her professionalism to her compassion, Mel guided us through every step with expertise and empathy. We are immensely grateful for Mel's outstanding care and support during this difficult time. Highly recommended.
Do not use this company the manager needs to be sacked with how she treated my family.. 😡
